Using the Service
CodeProxy provides an AI API gateway, developer tools, and related subscription services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the rules that apply to any upstream service you select. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts and API Keys
Keep account information accurate and protect your password and API keys. Do not publish, resell, or share credentials with unauthorized people. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or key has been misused.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to violate another person’s rights, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, or breach an upstream model provider’s usage rules. You are responsible for the content you submit, your requests, and how you use the service.
Plans, Usage, and Payment
Available models, plans, prices, quotas, and billing methods may vary and are described on the pricing page, in the dashboard, or at checkout. Review the applicable price, validity period, and quota rules before purchasing. Contact support with billing or payment questions.
Third-Party Services and Availability
Requests may depend on third-party model, authentication, payment, or network services. Those services may change, impose limits, or become unavailable. We do not control their independent operation and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or continued availability of a particular model.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain rights to content you submit and are responsible for having permission to submit it. CodeProxy and its related software, brand, and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may use the service only in accordance with these terms.
Suspension, Termination, and Changes
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, systems, or third parties, or to address violations of these terms. We may update these terms; a revised version takes effect when posted. If you disagree with an update, stop using the service.
Liability and Contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and as is. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For questions about these terms or your account, email c2500338766@icloud.com.
